FRIENDS OF MSO

Friends of Midsummer Opera was launched in November 2014.  It offers an opportunity for supporters of MSO to have greater involvement in and to contribute towards the continuing success and development of MSO.  We are delighted that our membership has grown so that we now have 57 Friends of MSO.

Being a Friend of MSO also provides access to a number of exclusive benefits.  These include:

  • priority booking and the ability to reserve your preferred seats
  • the opportunity to attend selected rehearsals for productions you will be attending to see how our shows are actually put together
  • invitation to attend our exclusive Friends of MSO Special Musical Events
  • regular updates and information about MSO, its productions and its artists
  • acknowledgement of all Friends in programmes and on the MSO website.

The Friends of MSO have held eight Special Musical Events since our first in May 2015.  Recitals at these Events are accompanied and followed by Prosecco and cream tea, with the chance to meet and talk to artists and key members of MSO.

Annual membership of Friends of MSO currently costs £30 for an individual or £50 for two people living at the same address.

Current Friends of MSO are:
